Karina Smirnoff has ditched the glitter and fringe often worn on the dance floor to bare all in the pages of Playboy. The 'Dancing with the Stars' pro, who currently appears on season 12 of the ABC hit series with partner Ralph Macchio, poses au natural in an 8-page pictorial inside the May issue of the men's magazine.
